My Charge has gone blank, i’ve managed to do the 3 tap sync, now it’s screen is flashing white. I can’t pair it with my phone and it’s not stopping. Please what do I do to fix this?

Hi, @AE1- when you mention the “3 tap sync” do you mean you have given your Charge 5 a restart by pressing the button on the flat end of the charging cable while your Fitbit is plugged in? If so, you may need to try the restart again a couple of times, as a single restart does not always work. If that is not what you meant then I suggest trying the restart: plug your Fitbit in to charge as normal, and while it is still plugged in and charging press the button on the flat end of the charging cable 3 times within 8 seconds, pausing briefly between each button press.
You should also try changing the clock face on your Fitbit. The instructions are here . If this fixes your issue you can return to the previous clock face you chose, if you prefer.
