Charge 5 won't turn on

It is syncing, and the green light on the bottom flashes sometimes, but the screen won't turn on...

Hi, @Zk86 , I would suggest as a first troubleshooting step to give your Charge 5 a restart.  As the screen is not working you will need to do the restart using the button method.  You will find the button on the flat end of the charging cable.  Please plug it in to charge as normal (in a plug and outlet known to be working, of course) and while it is still plugged in, press the button 3 times within 8 seconds, pausing briefly between each press.

You may need to try the restart a couple of times as a single restart does not always work.

You could also try changing the clock face on your Charge 5.  Changing the clock face can often fix a blank screen issue.  You can change the clock face in your app.  The instructions are here .  If changing the clock face fixes the issue then you can return to your previous clock face if you prefer.
