Charge 5 is losing calories after syncing

My calories are decreasing after my Fitbit is sync’d and when it ticks over after midnight. I have a Charge 5

I have updated the app, closed the app after syncing and powered down my phone and restarted. Nothing seems to fix the issue. 

I’m running the app on an iPhone XS with IOS 17.5.1 

Fitbit app updated today 14/01/25 to version 4.34.1 

This seems to be a reoccurring theme on the community in many different devices and phones but can’t find an answer to resolve it-can anyone help?

I have the same problem the app will match my charge 5 on daily totals but not on the weekly rollup. At midnight the daily total will go backwards by roughly 150 or so cal and match the weekly rollup. Has done this for over a month.
