Charge 5 is not getting reminders to move

I'm not getting alerts to move, all the setting are correct and I've don everything on here to fix it and still having the problem, can someone help me please?

I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 5 is not getting reminders to move. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!

To better assist you, may I know if besides the reminders to move there are other notifications you're not receiving? I'd like to confirm that you've tried all troubleshooting steps provided here Why didn't my Fitbit device alert me?

If the above doesn't work, I'd like you to please try resetting the reminders to move settings. To do so, follow the steps below:

1. From the Today tab, tap the devices icon.
2. Tap Reminders to Move > turn Reminders to Move off and sync your Charge 5.
3. Restart your Charge 5 by following these steps. 
4. Now try turning off the Reminders to Move once again and sync your Charge 5 to save the changes. 

Usually, this is enough to get the Charge 5 "unstuck" and Reminders to Move to work again.
