Hi,

I just noticed that my Fitbit won’t sync with my iPhone. In the app it keeps saying that it’s looking for my Bluetooth, and on my iPhone I untook the Fitbit device from the iPhone Bluetooth thinking it will reappear when I open the Bluetooth device sync, but it’s not working. What do I do?!

Hi there, @Amina2. It's nice to see you around the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 5 is not pairing anymore. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!
