Hi there, @Vikings1955. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 5 is not syncing and storing your sleep data to the Fitbit app. I will be glad to help you and figure out what might be the issue.
To better assist you, may I know if the sleep details are the only data you're missing? Is your Fitbit app storing your steps, workouts, etc.? To see when was the last time your Fitbit device synced, from the Today tab, tap Devices > device image (here you'll find whether your Versa 2 is pair, or has synced recently).
Please be aware that most Fitbit devices store up to 7 days of detailed minute-by-minute data. If you wait longer than 7 days before syncing, you may only see the most recent week's detailed data. Summary data (calories, distance, steps, and floors) will be stored for 30 days. Nevertheless, if your Fitbit device was unpaired from your Fitbit account during this period of time, neither the 7 days can be recovered or restored.
If you've been experiencing syncing issues, please see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
Hope this helps.

Thank you for your advice, I am noticing now that my sleep data has worked the last couple of nights, and I’m not sure if I corrected the issue myself by going into my sleep setting and changing it from “ sensitive “ to “ Normal” perhaps you would know better then me? And when I did have problems initially with the data . I did disconnect from my premium and reinstalled the Fitbit app again through my goggle from my Fitbit acct.
