Charge5 App has not synced since 12:01am. Not showing hourly steps and no notifications. Will not connect to charger.

Please tell us more about the issue you're having with the charger. I know that I have to set my Charge 5 on the charging cable just right so that it charges. This page has the troubleshooting steps to try for issues with charging (<-- click link)

I’ve tried all the steps. Phone is synced. It’s Fitbit that won’t sync. It all stopped at midnight rollover so there is no sleep data. Everything worked fine yesterday. Today it’s not communicating including charger connection.

I'm having the exact same issues, I've forced stop the app several times I've restarted the fitbit several time and I just tried to reset using the charger and it no changing. It's very frustrating.
