My Charge 5 is completely unresponsive. It will not charge. I’ve tried the reset button on the charger, cleaned the device. Tried everything suggested at the help centre. What now?!

Hi, @seona.nicholls welcome to the community, you may find this article of interest Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging? - Fitbit Help Center , I apologise if you have already seen it. I assume you have checked that the USB socket you are using is "Live" by successfully charging another device. You do not mention how long you've had your Charge 5, sadly the battery of small form wearables, like all batteries degrades with use, limited by the number of charge & discharge cycles they've been through. Depending on where you are, who you bought it from & when you may have the benefit of Fitbits Fitbit's return and warranty policy To make progress on this front you will need to contact "Customer Support"
