Hi there, @Godskid. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 5 is not tracking your SpO2 data. I will do my best to help you with this.

If you haven't done so, please review this help article which describes what factors impact the SpO2 data. Additionally, I'd recommend the following steps:

  1. Remove the SpO2 app from your tracker.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app and restart your tracker to refresh its performance.
  3. Reinstall the SpO2 app and make sure all permissions are turned on.
  4. Wear your tracker about 2-3 finger widths above your wrist bone for at least a full day, including to sleep at night.
  5. In the morning, sync with the Fitbit app and check your details.
