My Charge 5 is a disappointment. I can’t to go back to the Home Screen. It records the steps I take today and then tomorrow it will show 0 steps. I have rebooted. This my 4th Fitbit but it will be my last.

Hi there, @NJCInc. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums and trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Charge 5 before reaching out. I understand how you must be feeling.
While reading your post, it seems like you haven't synced your Charge 5 lately. To make sure your watch has recently synced, go to your Fitbit account, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image. If you found out that your Fitbit device has not synced in the last few days, that would explain the issue you're having now. With that said, know that it's an expected behavior as you should've logged in to sync your Fitbit device before you began wearing it.
Nevertheless, if you remember the exact amount of steps or the name of the activity you performed, you can try manually logging the activity. For more information, see How do I manually log exercises in the Fitbit app?
