Charge 5 is not tracking my data

20 Aug 2023  This morning I received a text. It said "This month, you wore your device 0 consecutive days. . . ." However, in actuality, instead of zero days, I have worn my Charge 5 every day for weeks, all of each day except when I was in the shower. I have observed the daily report on my activities and the weekly summaries. I am a participant in the data study, All of Us.

What seems to be my error?
