How do I control vibration on Charge 5?

Hello there, @KCoy. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums and already checking your settings as suggested above. 

In addition to the steps you've done, please try removing the alarm and then adding it once again. You can find instructions on how to remove alarms by clicking here. Basically what you want to do is: 

  1. Sync your Fitbit to your account.
  2. Restart your Charge 5. 
  3. Remove the alarm.
  4. Sync your Fitbit.
  5. Add the alarm.
  6. Since once more.

My alarms are not alarming/vibrating.  I have three set to alarm everyday.  I have checked the settings and sleep mode and DND are off.  A week ago the alarms worked.  Any suggestioms?

Mine too doesn’t vibrate. Many notifications come through and I can view them on my Charge 5, but it doesn’t vibrate to alert me when a notification comes through, like my Charge 2 did. Is this normal?
