Charge 5 is not working

I have followed all of the troubleshooting suggestions and my Fitbit still is not functioning correctly. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

My Fitbit won’t sync correctly and shows wrong time. The battery also discharges extremely quickly going from 100 percent to 5 percent within an hour. Thank you for your help.
