Charge 5 is unresponsive

My charge 5 has become unresponsive unless I restart it on the charger. It restarts fine but the second I take it off the charger the screen goes to the Fitbit icon and it's unresponsive again. I tried resetting the device and re-pairing and it's the same situation. As soon as I take it off the charger it locks up until the battery eventually runs down.

Any advice?

Have you installed the latest update? I had the same issue yesterday until i installed the update. Although now i’m having different issues, not sure if these are related?!

My Fitbit is having this exact same issue. Would love to know if you can get it resolved.
