My Charge 5 died completely. I have tried all the recommended fixes, nothing works.My unit was less than 12 months old, it should not have expired, just like so many others on this forum. Fitbit / Google stand up and take responsibility for the damages you have caused. Replace at no cost to your loyal customers, all the non functioning Charge 5 trackers. Show that you are a reputable company. Otherwise moving to Apple Watch! Or Garmin!!

Sad to hear that your Charge 5 isn't working as expected. I'd suggest trying to change the clock face of your device to get things fixed. Please have a closer look here to see how that's done:

Make sure to keep your Fitbit device and your phone within Bluetooth range until the process is completed.
And even if that won't work for you, there's no need to worry. As you've mentioned that your device is less than 12 months old, it should be covered by Fitbit's warranty. Just contact Fitbit support. They'll check your device's status and will provide further assistance:

The advice did not work and they are now checking my warrantee. I bought this charge 5 to replace a charge 4 that had same issue. What’s on with Fitbits getting bricked after a year?? Abd you have many customers experiencing the same?
