Hi there, @Walker1943. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that nothing seems to help your Charge 5. I will do my best to get you back on track. 

To better assist you, may I know what is the issue you're experiencing with your Charge 5? Also, please let me know all the steps you've tried so far so I can see what else we can try.

However, if you experience any of the following issues and you've checked your settings, restart your device:

  • Won't sync
  • Won't respond to taps, swipes, or button press
  • Won't track steps or other data
  • Won't show notifications or reminders
