I got a Charge 5 for Christmas but I'm having some problems with it. First off, after setting it all up, it suddenly disconnected and took ages to perform a sync (40 mins).
I then put it in sleep mode and went to sleep - in the morning, I woke up and the Fitbit had disconnected from my phone and unpaired the bluetooth (even though it was right next to it and had 100% charge).
Now, this morning it seems to be taking an eternity to link back up and has started another sync.
Any advice would be much appreciated as this just doesn't seem right!
