Charge 5 keeps restarting itself every 3 seconds

My charge 5 keeps restarting every 3 seconde. What to do?

I've followed the advice from the steps suggested in these forums for similar issues.

My issue is not yet resolved. My band is only one year old. Do Fitbit bands usually work for one year or so. I'm very disturbed about this situation.

I called up customer care for getting assistance on my charge 5 band. After trying to trouble shoot my issue for few minutes, customer care executive decided to send me a replacement band. This order was placed on 31st Oct. I received a mail today morning that replacement was dispatched in the morning from Hongkong. I'm waiting for the delivery. Thanks for the support.

I'm curious to know if I get a new band or a refurbished band?
