Charge 5 keeps showing a green screen

Hi my Fitbit Charge 5 keeps showing a green screen and doesn’t allow me to do anything. I’ve fully charged the Fitbit and pressed the button on the flat part of the charger 3 times as instructed. Please help

It seems that you were able to get in touch with the Customer Support team as well and they've provided you with some instructions. In this case, I recommend that you continue the communication with them so they can provide you with the next steps.

Fitbit Support had me send it to them after troubleshooting didn't work.  Just waiting for it to come back.
