Charge 5 - multiple alarms

Does anyone know if it possible to have multiple alarms on the charge 5? When I set one on the tracker I can't see any option to set a second one. Nor can I find where to set alarms on either the app or the online dashboard.

Hi @ABjork  alarms can only be set on your device, not the app or online dashboard. Have you tried setting the first alarm and then returning in a bit to set the second one? If they are repeating, (same day and time) it's easier to set as it asks if you want it to repeat.  click for more information

I just got the Charge 5 and it appears that you can only set 1 alarm?

To clarify, I used to have a daily alarm that went off every day at 6:30 am and another at 9:30 pm every day. Those were reminders to take medication and now I can only set one of them? Please tell me that I'm missing something here!

Hi @jbuck101  you can have up to eight alarms per day. See Page 30 of the Charge 5 user manual and the basic information on how to manage alarms. On My Luxe, I have to gently scroll down a bit to select it as a recurring alarm. Maybe you need to explore a bit on your new Fitbit to find everything.

What manual? I got a "product information" pamphlet, printed in font size 2, in multiple languages, and is totally worthless. Meanwhile, it took me a half hour of searching to find no answer to my question. And I've been a member of this forum for over a decade. The inability to locate useful information on the Fitbit website is shameful.

I finally figured it out on my own - you can't set up different alarms all at once, you have to wait a few minutes between each one or it thinks you're trying to make changes to the alarm(s) that you've already set up. Maybe this will help someone else.
