Bought the Fitbit charge 5 yesterday under the impression that it had music control when listening to Spotify on my phone. Have just discovered this is not the case and I’ve just wasted my money as they do not return or exchange.

Hi @Amberjaderea - it depends where you bought it.

Fitbit have a 45 day refund policy or possibly authorised dealers too, some stores provide 14 to 30 day refunds.

You can always chat via the Fitbit App, Help & support section, Contact Customer support for finding out your entitlements more precisely.

As your post pertains to the Charge 5 it is moved to that forum.
