noticed Charge 5 display wasn't turning on. Went to charge and the red light for one of the sensors is constantly on. tried the reset via the charger button but this has not helped.
anyone experienced the same?

Hi Davide,
Only just saw the reply I got as it didn't land in my normal inbox.
Unfortunately, I'd tried the suggested actions already (did them again in case) but it's still an unusable device.
I've replied asking for my next actions as id like a replacement. Not hit 6 months yet and I'll be charged for a fit bit premium account with no device at this rate.
