Charge 5 no display

 i will never buy another Fitbit product because their customer service is very hard to deal with.    My charge has not worked correctly since i brought it.  now no display and 5 chats and 3 calls

It seems that you already tried all the basic troubleshooting steps shared in the forums and that are usually helpful with display issues. In this case, I recommend that you continue the communication with the Support team so they can provide you with the next steps. 

I'm sorry to see that it's been taking some time to receive some assistance. The team continues to work to improve the Fitbit experience and your feedback is a big part of that process.
