Charge 5 no longer compatible with Windows

Why did Fitbit stop use with Windows?  It makes a lot of sense to be able to use it on a computer/laptop as well as a stupidphone.

Hi @KCoy  October 13, 2022 is when things changed. You already know that you need a compatible phone or tablet, since you asked last month and were given a link to read. With technology changing and not as many people using computers, it didn't make sense to continue it, if we look at Fitbit's point of view. In my family, I was one of three people using a computer and the only one wearing a Fitbit. Others in the family use their cellphones for everything, so it seems Fitbit is just following the needs of the many, not the few.
