Charge 5 no longer records data

My Charge 5 bought new 29/10/2021 worked perfectly until 2 days ago.I’ve tried resets.It turns on intermittingly but is not recording any data.The green sensors on the back no longer turning on.I’m back to a Charge 3 that works fine

I appreciate all the information you've provided about the problem that you've been experiencing with your Charge 5 and the troubleshooting steps you already tried. 

In this case, if you already tried the three pulse restart procedure mentioned here as you mentioned earlier, and you continue to experience the same inconvenience with the display and the LED lights not responding, I recommend that you get in touch with the Customer Support team for further assistance. They will let you know how to proceed.
