Since the day before yesterday I have not been able to see the screen. Also when I access my fitbit app it repeatedly says that there is an update available I have applied this several times. The battery has started to loose charge more quickly. I can access all of the functionality from within my fitbit app. I have tried rebooting both the fitbit app and my charge 5 repeatedly. Using both the 3 clicks if the button on the charger and the clicking holding for 2 seconds then disconnecting the charge 5 and waiting a further 8 seconds. I have tried uninstall the fitbit app on my phone turning off my phone for 2 minutes and reinstalling the fitbit app. I have also tried changing the clock face. All
What else can I try?

I have had exactly the same issue since yesterday. It is still recording my data and I can see it on the app but my watch screen is blank. I too have tried all the same steps as you. Help!
