Charge 5 not Charging after update

Hi, my Charge 5 ran the 188.58 update successfully and does sync fine with my phone, but now it won't charge.  Nothing else changed in my charging situation, and I've taken the recommended steps for fixing charging problems, but nothing.  Is this a known issue?  I'll be out of juice very soon!
