Charge 5 not Responding

Charge 5 went offline not responding tried to get back online by plugging in to charger cable no luck. Not working for a while now. I got similar issue around 4 months before and I got a replacement for the same now the same issue with the replacement piece as well.

Hi, thank you for sharing that you continue to have this inconvenience with your Charge 5 device and that you already tried plugging in to charging cable, @Karthik_Sarma.  

If you haven't done so already, please make sure that you've tried all the steps listed here below that have been useful for other users experiencing something similar:  

  1. Complete the 3 pulse restart procedure using the charging cable. 
  2. Follow these steps in case you're having trouble to charge your device. 
  3. Please sync your device in the Fitbit app by tapping your profile picture > Charge 5 > Sync Now.
  4. If you  can't sync, tap on your profile picture > Charge 5 > Tap to see if a firmware banner appears. 
  5. If it's still unresponsive, please try changing the clock face as well and check if you're able to see anything on the display. 

It seems that you've also contacted the Customer Support team for further assistance with this. Let me know if the any steps they've provided has been helpful.
