Charge 5 won't charge, contacts cleaned, and tried different USB ports in-house. Stopped syncing with my phone earlier this week. I switched back to my Versa 2 Sadly, I just picked up the Charge 5 a couple of months ago so not really pleased. Is anyone else having this issue?

Sad to hear that your Charge 5 isn't working properly. I'd suggest to to restart it following these instructions:
1.) Connect your Charge 5 to the charging cable which has to be connected to a power source.
2.) Press the button located on the flat end of the charging cable 3 times within 8 seconds, holding each press for about 1 second(!).
3.) Wait around 10 seconds to see if the Fitbit logo appears.
