I have read through everything in the community to no avail. I am using the charger it came with. I am using the wall plug in it came with. I have cleaned the connections and the back of my Fitbit. When I plug it in it vibrates but doesn't show anything indicating it's charging. When it does show a screen, it says not charging. After it got down to 3% it no longer shows anything on the screen so now I have no idea if it's charging. After leaving it on for 30 minutes, still nothing. I just got this for Christmas and it has never been exposed to water.

There are a couple of things you could try. Although it can attach magnetically to the charger, it may need a slight repositioning to actually start charging. I've had a couple of times when I noticed it wasn't charging when attached. A slight reposition and it did.
Another thing to try is to use a different electricity outlet, either in a different socket or a different room. In my case, I charge it from the USB port on my computer and can check it to make sure it's charging properly.
If that doesn't work, try resetting it by attaching it to the charger and then pressing the button at the USB end 3 times.
If none of those things work, you should contact Support. From the bottom of the page, select Help, then Get Support, then Live Chat (it seems to be the most effective way to contact them).
