I've recently noticed that my Fitbit's battery is draining much faster than it used to—I used to charge it every five days, but now it barely lasts. I'm also having issues with the sensors; previously, there were four green lights active, but now only one is working. Additionally, my watch has stopped counting steps altogether. This has been really disappointing, especially since I rely on it to monitor my steps and sleep. I brought it November/2023. I don't have any email to contact fitbit. How can I contact them?

Hi
I've done all of these steps and my watch os not working. I bought it November 2023 and I can't belive this is happening.
How can I send a message to fitbit?

I've been in touch with support about my watch. Unfortunately, it's still not working. I sent them a video showing the issues so they can see exactly what's happening.
Right now, my watch isn’t responding, isn’t counting steps, and isn’t syncing with the correct time. I’m hoping they can help resolve this soon.
Thanks for your message.
