Charge 5 not found when changing clock faces

When accessing the clock faces p, to change, it says my device is not found, even though I’m weary it and it currently synced? Any ideas why? Thanks

Not bother, and that would happen again until stable firmware and software appear. I have the same problem and I have give it up trying. by the way, you have to waste lots time to fine out the ECG app thru website, and then same disconnection problem happened: device not found. I am regret to sold my Fitbit charge 4.

Thank you. In my opinion it was false advertising regarding the ECG function as nowhere did it say coming soon. One expected it to be available when purchasing, bit disappointing.

Thank you is the any time frame on coming soon, 1 month, 2 months etc, As coming soon is rather vague?
