Charge 5 not holding a charge

My Charge 5 will not hold a charge and it’s only a couple years old. Just started yesterday. I charge it fully but within 4 hours it’s discharged already. My screen was blinking on and off and acting very weird. What’s happening to it? It’s like it has a virus!!

Hello,

Your customer service person did not help me at all! I have no resolution
on my Charge 5. I have only owned it since June of last year and it has
stopped working completely!!!

I am thoroughly disgusted with Fitbit. I have owned 3 Fitbits and they’ve
all not lasted for longer than a year or two.
And now I get an email before yours giving me a 50% discount? Why would I
stay with Fitbit after all the trouble I’ve had??

Very disappointed!!!

I and countless others have this issue, and nothing the Fitbit guys do seems to help us.

If I was into conspiracy theories, I'd say this is a deliberate act to push people onto the Charge 6.

Personally, I'm done with Fitbit and will change to Garmin, or even Huawei.

Good luck with your Not Fitbit for Purpose 'tracker'. They should be ashamed.
