I appreciate your message regarding the battery life of your Fitbit Charge 5. I'm sorry to hear that it went from 100% to 12% in just minutes.

I just went through the chat within the Fitbit app and while my Charge 5 was out of warrantee (actually, this one is the replacement for my original Charge 5 that died abruptly within the warrantee time), they gave me a 50% off code and am getting a new Charge 6 for less than I could buy another Charge 5 for.
