Charge 5 not logging walking as activity

For several days now my Fitbit is not logging walks as activity I get steps counted but no record of say a 30 minute walk, intensity level etc.

Sorry to see that your walks aren't getting tracked as your activity.

Are you letting your Charge 5 automatically detect your walks? Do you have any similar problems when you try manually starting & ending your walks on your Charge 5?

Yes it’s always been automatically recorded, I’ve never had to do anything other than wear it.
