Charge 5 not pairing

im on my second Charge 5, the first one battery drain was insane. like 75% before bed, dead when i wake up. now this one wont pair to my phone. Im sick if it

Thank you for all the feedback you've provided and for the information you shared about the trouble you've been having with your Charge 5. 

 

Before considering other options, make sure that you've tried all the steps listed here to resolve problems during the set up process. In addition, please check the compatibility requirements listed here and keep the Fitbit app updated to the latest version available.

Im on my 3rd Charge 5 lol got one from a different store. so far so good. maybe the first store got a bad batch. i did have to turn off always on display though and that worked wonders!
