Charge 5 not recording Stress Score

As of last Thursday, my Charge 5 stopped recording my daily Stress Management score!  After checking back, this is the first time I have not received a score in a few years.  Before posting this issue, I figured I would wait a few days to see if this was an upgrade/software issue.  However, the problem persists through this morning, and I have not seen any messages regarding the subject.  Any information or advice is welcome.  Charlie

Hi everyone!

Thanks for your reports regarding Stress Management not working. 

I was informed by our team that this issue has been fixed.

Please  restart your phone and let me know if you're still experiencing it.

Hi, lots of people are having this problem-it’s a system issue check out this thread “Third day in a row with no stress management score from my Fitbit Sense 2”

As noted, there are multiple reports about this issue. Several of us have submitted the issue for escalation so the team is aware of the problem.

We are advising users to report the issue using the Feedback option in the Fitbit app:

  • Tap on your picture in the upper right of the Today page in the Fitbit app
  • Select Feedback in the menu that opens
  • Complete the prompts & submit

Although it's likely that you won't receive a response, the team receives & reviews the feedback reports.

The Moderators usually pick a thread to acknowledge the issue and will use that thread to post updates. When I find which thread they're using, I'll report back with a link so you can follow the thread.

No score for about a week for me.

I just got of the phone with customer support. He advised me to take EDA scan every 48 hours to help pinpoint the problem.

He suggested I try it for 6 days and call them back if the score does not return.

My eye muscles are sore from rolling. 

When you add this to the unwanted Cardiac Load banners and several other obnoxious changes in the last year it may be time to say UNCLE.

My stress management score loaded this morning 😊. The scores for the past few days are empty. I have an apple phone, (iOS). Let’s hope it lasts.

I also got my stress management score this morning. And, like you noticed, the previous days still don't show a score. We probably won't see a score for those days, but at least we're seeing the current score.

As of this morning I am getting my stress number on my Charge 5.  Now, if I could only eliminate the causes of the number I would be a happy camper.  Thanks guys and gals for the quick response to the issue.

The  thread on this issue in the Android app forum (<-- click link) that you linked earlier is where one of the Moderators acknowledged the issue and confirmed that the team is working on fixing the problem.

I recommend posting there and following that thread. The Moderator confirmed that she will post updates to that thread. (this is for anyone else reading this thread)

FYI - Several of us escalated the issue to the team and we got confirmation that a ticket for this bug was created & is being tracked.

According to the Moderator reply in this thread (<-- click link) and in the thread in the Android app forum, the issue has been fixed. I guess we'll find out tomorrow. If you still don't see a score, please tag the Moderator in ether of the threads & let them know.
