All of the other tiles continue to show data in the app. The app is updated. I cleared the app's cache. I've restarted the watch. I've restarted my phone. I've been wearing the device continuously for years now. Any suggestions? Anyone else having this problem?

Hi,
My step counts have also been weird, and I don’t like how unreliable my counts are each day. They really need to fix whatever is going on.

Thank you. I haven't had a stress management score since 2/26. I just submitted my info in the feedback as you suggested.
---
Also, I had been doing the sleep lab thing and they both kind of petered out around the same time. I don't know if they're related though.

Hi, I last had a stress management score on February 27th. Since then, nothing. I have deinstalled the app, connected, disconnected, rebooted, but still nothing. Everything else is working fine. I contacted the help 'Chat' this morning and was told that it is an on-going problem that is currently being worked on to get it fixed. I asked how long I was expected to wait and was told, there is no expected fix date. I will contact someone again at the end of the week if it still isn't working and will probably cancel my membership. I'm not paying for something I'm not getting.

I am having the same issue. Stress management score disappeared after update last week. I've contacted them via feedback. They advised the troubleshooting section, which I had already done. I suppose we'll have to wait for the next bug fix.

Hi
Yes my new Fitbit charge 6 that I’ve only had for 1 month stopped giving me a stress score since Thursday - I thought it coincided with the first time I went swimming in it - but now realise that ‘s the same date as everyone else - I went online this morning on a chat and the person said to do an epa on the actual Fitbit every so often in the next 48 hours, but done that twice since and it’s says x responses received but when I sync with the app nothing is still showing - so there must be an issue given the date it’s gone off!

Ok do you carry your phone with you? Is GPS set for Sense 2, dynamic or phone? The phone with its bigger antenna gives a better connection, and suggest using the phone. A few of the trackers have the option to use GLONASS. I found it more reliable, but only works on the tracker. However I'm not sure if the Sense has this option.
Settings vary based on the exercise. To adjust the settings for each type of exercise:
1. On Sense 2, open the Exercise app .
2. Tap the exercise you want to adjust.
3. Swipe up through the list of settings.
4. Tap a setting to adjust it.
5. When you're done, swipe down until you see the play icon

Not sure what this has to do with the number of people all of a sudden having this same issue.

Hi there, think it's just a case of waiting till Fitbit people fix it. Looks like it's tons of people saying same thing so it's nothing you've done or not done, just a glitch. Hopefully they'll fix it soon.😀

Well, it’s nice to know it isn’t just me! Trued the same things. Hope things get fixed soon. In the meantime, everybody take a deep breathe! Hold for a seven seconds. Exhale and say ahhhhh! Repeat as needed!

Popping in to let everyone know that several of us have submitted this issue for escalation so the team is aware of the problem.
For those who haven't already done so, we are advising users to report the issue using the Feedback option in the Fitbit app:
Although it's likely that you won't receive a response, the team receives & reviews the feedback reports.
The Moderators usually pick a thread to acknowledge the issue and will use that thread to post updates. When I find which thread they're using, I'll report back with a link so you can follow the thread.

I am another one. Pixel 2 watch. I restarted my phone and watch. I cleared the cache etc and even uninstalled/reinstalled Fitbit. Nothing worked. I have reported it in feedback.
