No Stress Management score on Sense 2

All of the other tiles continue to show data in the app. The app is updated. I cleared the app's cache. I've restarted the watch. I've restarted my phone. I've been wearing the device continuously for years now. Any suggestions? Anyone else having this problem?

Same here no stress management score for past 2 days. I wear my Fitbit every day 24 hours.  Where is the best answer?

Same issue.  Contacted help desk and received following reply

Please be advised that we are aware of this issue and we are working on it but we still have no exact time frame when the issue will be resolved but we recommend you to sync and wear it everyday.

Same issue, charge 6. No changes at my end and experience tells me it's not the customer who should be trying fix it. Acknowledgement from someone at fitbit would be nice.

Ps, no stress score data since Thurs I think so it ties in with what others have posted.

My husband's and my Charge 6 both stopped showing stress management score on February 27, 2025. We both have premium. I'm seeing other Fitbit devices reporting this the last few days, but not Charge 6. This has happened once or twice in last few months, but resolves within a day or so. Anybody else seeing this?

I'm having the same issue.  I tried to uninstall and reinstall app and restart my device but it still is it working.  All other measures seem to be working fine.

Same here, my 3 months' old Sense 2 score stopped showing up, this is Day 4 without that score.

Hi All, this may be related to the other sever issue affecting steps Unreliable step counting bug, it would seem the Fitbit servers are not functioning properly and not returning Stress scores, since some days which can affect any user. It could affect user using Android or iOS or both.

I just checked the apps latest version on my phone and it looks like the newest version just updated on 2/27/25. I’m thinking that’s the problem.

This makes the most sense. I called yesterday and they helped me update my version and I thought that would solve the problem, but no stress score again today. 😞
