Charge 5 not recording sleep or health metrics

neither sleep nor health metrics have recorded on my iPhone 6S since app update. Have restarted my charge 5 to no avail.

A family member had this problem for 3 weeks after "upgrading" from a Fitbit account to a GMail account on Android.

I ended up having to unpair and factory-reset her wristband, then uninstall and reinstall the app, and it's worked fine since.  Unfortunately, she lost 3 weeks of detailed data before I discovered and rectified the problem.

I'm glad your issue self-resolved within a day, but if it recurs, the unpair / wipe / uninstall / reinstall method worked for us.
