Since last week my Charge 5 has not reset daily counts. I did multiple resets and even a Factory reset. Those did not work. Yesterday I set up a brand new just out of the box Charge 5 . This morning at 5:45am I am at 106,000 steps on by brand new Fitbit. It is not the the charge 5 resetting, there must be something in the sit it app not doing resets. How is this problem going to get fixed?
