Charge 5 not swiping

Charge 5 is not changing screens - I tried to reset and that doesn't help

Thanks for the details regarding the inconvenience with the Charge 5. 

 There are a few general troubleshooting steps that have been helpful for other people with display issues. If you already tried to complete the 3 pulse restart procedure using the charging cable and you continue to experience the same problem, please try changing the clock face as well and check if you're able to swipe on the screen.
