Charge 5 not syncing correctly

My charge5 synced perfectly on Saturday but three days later it won’t sync my club run. No run shows up under exercise despite heart rate data indicating I was definitely in the zone! No route is showing up despite GPS being connected on my charge 5. I have closed and rebooted my phone and charge 5. I can only assume an update has changed things as the APP now seems a different format/layout. Help appreciated.

I'm having the same issue with the lack of synch; started last night.

I don't do workouts that use GPS, so I don't think I can offer any helpful suggestions. Hopefully, someone else or a Moderator will chime in with help.

Are you still having problems with syncing your Charge 5 to the Fitbit app? What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?

Some of us found that we need to turn off both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, then turn them back on, to get our devices to sync. Have you tried this yet?

I tried multiple things none of which worked at the time. I assume it must have been a technical glitch, as the APP had changed layout, which I put down to an update. It worked perfectly for Thursday club run!

Thanks for letting us know that your Thursday club run was tracked correctly. Hopefully, your runs will continue to track properly. 

I know there's an update to the Fitbit app that has started rolling out, ver 4.50, which includes Dark Mode. Is that the version that you got?
