Charge 5 not syncing to Strava

I have read previous forum topics about this issue. I logged two workouts on Fitbit and can easily view them in my logs but they did not sync to Strava. I have attempted disconnecting and reconnecting Fitbit and Strava multiple times to no avail. I have tried a manual export but the files did not align. Has anyone else experienced this issue of Fitbit and Strava not really connecting even though it says they are?

Thank you for the information you've provided about this issue to sync your Charge 5 workouts to Strava.

Before considering other options, I recommend that you try unpairing and then re-pairing both apps, and check if your continue to have this problem to sync your activities. To link Fitbit and Strava accounts:

1. Visit strava.fitbit.com and tap or click on Connect.
2. Log into your Strava account.
3. When prompted, authorize Strava to connect to your Fitbit account and follow the on-screen instructions.

Please note that the following types of activities are not synced with Strava:

• Activity without GPS. 
• Previous activities not recorded by Strava. 
• Duplicate Activities: That is, if you have already recorded an activity with Strava, a Fitbit activity that was done at the same time will not be synced.

Be aware that only exercises recorded with GPS will sync to Strava.
