Mine has alsp stopped and I've tried everything listed here. My charger dowwbnor have that button so I restarted from the actual phone.

I’ve tried all these steps, except on the tracker restart option my charger doesn’t have the button so I restarted through the tracker itself. And now when trying to connect the device through the app, it won’t connect.
also now when I plug my device to charge, it won’t charge. Which is weird since I charged it yesterday with no problems

Disregard, found button on FLAT part of charger (part that plugs in near the wall, not the end that connects to Fitbit device)and resetting that way worked and then I was able to connect device. Doesn’t seem to have collected any data from 11pm last night though
