My Charge 5 has stopped tracking distance and pace - it still counts steps. How can I rectify this?

Hi, @EmWh1! For a while there was a bug where you had to enter your stride length manually to see your distance. Not sure if that has been fixed yet, but maybe try that and see if it resolves your issue.

Hello @EmWh1 

I think the bug affecting distance & stride hasn't been fixed for everyone. If you would like to try the workaround, here are the instructions on how to manually set your stride length in the Fitbit app (<-- click link)
