Very frustrating that the charge 5 stopped tracking distance and that there is no fix or workaround. I have had a Fitbit for over 10 years but now if can no longer provide the basic information required it’s time for a change 😢

Welcome back to the Fitbit Community, @Alyosn.
Thanks for letting me know about this situation in regards to the distance and other data tracked in your Charge 5.
Can you explain to me in detail what you see in distance or if you don't see anything at all, please? Also, I recommend you to check this article, in the part of 'What are some tips to make sure my Fitbit daily activity is accurate?', to improve this situation, I'm positive this will work.

Hello @Alyosn
There is currently a known bug for several Fitbit devices that impacts distance tracking. The team is aware of the issue and are working on a fix.
One user doing troubleshooting discovered that they saw distance tracking when they disabled automatic stride length and manually set their stride length in the Fitbit app. If you want to try this workaround, this page has the instructions on how to manually set your stride length (<-- click link).
Although this workaround has worked for many users, some users have reported that it didn't work for them.
