Charge 5 not updating Interval Workout changes

I am customizing my interval workouts and then sync to my charge 5.  the changes never get applied to the device.  I have modified thru the app as well as the website and neither update the device.  the device still shows the default intervals with 28 cycles.

Got it working, had to reboot the device not just do a sync.
