Yesterday I took a shower with my Charge 5. After an hour or so of being out of the shower, it kept vibrating and asking to add a card to my wallet. Once this had happened for a while, I took it off, put in a towel to dry and it stopped vibrating. However, this killed the battery.
As I didn't have chance to use my charger until this afternoon, I was unable to restart or charge. I put it on charge as soon as I could and restarted it which made it start working.
Unfortunately after 2 hours of being fully charged, the screen has stopped working again by just being on my wrist (no physical activity or used in shower or swimming pool) . I have tried placing back on the charger and it will not even charge now. Tried connecting to the app and it is just saying it is less than 6% charge. It will not sync and charge now.

I’m having this same issue. Although my screen went to like a “fuzzy tv” screen… I charged it and worked for about a half hour then went black.
