My charge 5 was working just fine until this morning. It said the battery was low so I went to charge it, but it didn’t acknowledge the charger. I pressed the button on the cable 3 times, tried different outlets, different charger cord, did a bunch of other troubleshooting steps, etc but nothing worked, and then it died and now won’t turn on at all!
I called Fitbit support and they walked me through a few steps I already tried, nothing worked. They simply said it was out of warranty & I needed to buy a new watch, and basically hung up!! Geee thanks for the 5 min support call only to tell me to buy a new watch AGAIN. I’ve had about 10 Fitbit devices so far because they never last more than 2 years.. UGH!!
